The Guest House has one room with a kitchen, quarter bathroom, and living room (500 sq ft)

All prospective tenants 18 years of age and older must submit an application. $60.00 per application. We require 3 times the rent in gross monthly income and no evictions or judgements in the last 3 years.
Tenant transfers the electrical services and gas services into their name and are responsible for all of those bills.
